Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops 1.3 pounds
- 1 packet onion soup mix 1 ounce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock or chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 ounces
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 cup long grain white rice basmati or jasmine rice

Instructions
- Spray a slow cooker liner with nonstick cooking spray. Place pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, combine the onion soup mix, garlic, parsley, ground mustard, black pepper, chicken stock and cream soups.
- Pour the soup mixture on top of the pork chops. Add two tablespoons of butter to the top of the mixture. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Rinse and drain the rice really well to remove excess starch. Add the rice to the slow cooker. Stir gently to mix it into the liquids. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. Open and stir gently to loosen the rice.
- Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes or until the rice is tender. Top with fresh parsley to serve.
