Ingredients
- 2 15 oz. cans Pumpkin See how to make pumpkin puree.
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 ½ cups light brown sugar (packed)
- 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the crock pot, and set temperature to low.
- Allow to cook for approximately 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon pumpkin butter into jars and let cool completely in the refrigerator before using.

- Pumpkin butter may be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freezer for up to 6 months
