Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip combines creamy cheese, tender spinach, and tangy artichoke hearts cooked slowly for a warm, spreadable appetizer. The dip develops a rich texture from cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan as it heats, with garlic providing a subtle savory note. Using frozen chopped spinach trimmed of excess moisture prevents the dip from becoming watery.

Description

The Crock Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip melts together chopped frozen spinach, jarred artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan, and minced garlic over low heat. Defrosting and squeezing out excess spinach moisture is an essential step to maintain the dip's creamy consistency. The ingredients are combined and cooked on high in a slow cooker until warmed through and melded together.

Cooking time allows flavors to blend and the dip to become thick and creamy without direct stovetop attention. Before serving, the dip is stirred to ensure even texture and seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. It can be kept warm on the cooker until ready to serve, ideal for parties or casual gatherings.
