Crock pot Steak and Potatoes Beef Stew Recipe
Description
The recipe brings together stew meat, potatoes, and red onion cooked in a crock pot with garlic, steak seasoning, A1 steak sauce, and beef broth. The beef simmers slowly, allowing the flavors to meld and the meat to become tender. Adding a cornstarch slurry near the end thickens the stew to a satisfying consistency. The garlic and steak seasoning provide aromatic depth, while the steak sauce adds a tangy, savory undertone.
Cooking can be done on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, offering flexibility in timing. The potatoes cook to a soft yet bite-size texture, complementing the stew meat. Serving this stew with crusty bread helps soak up the flavorful broth, making a fulfilling and balanced meal.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, ensuring reliable meal planning and easy reheating options.

- 2 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch

- Remove and serve in bowls with your favorite crusty bread for a complete dinner idea.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5-7 days to maintain freshness.
