Description

- 2 lbs stew meat cut into 1 in pieces
- 3-4 sweet potato depending on size, peeled and large pieces
- 2 celery Cut into Large Pieces, stalks
- 3 carrot Peeled and Cut into Large Pieces, whole
- 1 cup corn frozen
- 1 fire-roasted diced tomatoes 14.5 oz, canned
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- parsley chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the fresh parsley right before serving and enjoy!
