  • 3 chicken breast cooked, cut into bite sized pieces, boneless
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4-6 red potato cubed, small
  • 3-4 carrot sliced, medium
  • 10.75 oz cream of chicken soup canned
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz Ranch dressing mix or 2-3 tablespoons, dry packet
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Add butter to the bottom of a crock pot. Let melt. Stir in all of the vegetables, coating with the butter. Season diced chicken as desired and add to the crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the soup, milk, sour cream, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix. Pour on top of the chicken. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on LOW for 4-6.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley and serve!
