Crockpot Italian Pork Chop Dinner

One pot meals are such a time saver around here and this Crock Pot Pork Chop Dinner does not disappoint. Enjoy tender pork, green beans and tomatoes!

Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 3 Russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 16 oz frozen green beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Spray a crock pot with nonstick spray.
- Peel and chop potatoes. Then lay them in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place your pork chops on the top. Then layer the frozen green beans.
- Pour the diced tomatoes and chicken broth on top.
- Season with Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

- *Refrigerate the leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
