Description
This recipe starts by mixing ground beef with Italian seasoning, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, diced onion, egg, and fresh parsley to form meatballs. The meatballs are shaped and placed uncooked into the bottom of a slow cooker. A sauce made from pasta sauce, crushed and diced tomatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning is poured over the meatballs, then cooked on high for three to four hours.

Meatballs
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef lean
- ⅓ cup Italian bread crumbs
- ¼ cup onion finely diced

For the Sauce
- 24 ounces pasta sauce or marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 14 ounces crushed tomatoes canned

Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl. Using a tablespoon, form 24 meatballs. Place uncooked meatballs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a large bowl. Pour over meatballs and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve over pasta.
