Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip blends tender baby spinach and quartered artichoke hearts with softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. The mixture is infused with garlic, shallots, and mild spices, slow cooked for a creamy, cheesy dip. This warm appetizer suits gatherings where it can be served with crackers, chips, or vegetables.

Description

The Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip combines washed, dried baby spinach and well-drained, quartered artichoke hearts with softened cream cheese and sour cream as a rich base. Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses add creamy melt and a subtle salty tang. Garlic and sliced shallots contribute aromatic depth, complemented by black pepper, sea salt, and a pinch of cayenne for mild heat. Cooking the mixture in a slow cooker allows the flavors to meld and the cheeses to fully melt into a smooth consistency. Stirring halfway ensures even cooking without burning.

This dip is suited to warm serving alongside tortilla chips, crackers, fresh vegetables, potato chips, or toasted baguette slices. Its rich, smooth texture and balanced savory flavor profile make it a comforting party appetizer or snack.

It is best stored tightly covered in the refrigerator and consumed within three days for freshness and food safety.
