Ingredients

  • 1 baguette thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 garlic halved, cloves
  • sea salt to taste, flaky

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/4-inch thick slices and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil and rub the cut side of the garlic on the bread.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the slices are golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with flaky sea salt and any desired toppings.
