Crunchy Thai Chicken Salad with Peanut Dressing
Description
This salad features fresh, crunchy vegetables paired with protein-rich chicken breast sliced thinly. The peanuts and Chow Mein noodles contribute additional crunch, giving the salad a satisfying bite. The peanut dressing made by blending natural peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and red pepper flakes is thinned with hot water to a creamy consistency that lightly coats the ingredients.
The flavors unite to create a balance of sweet, salty, tangy, and mildly spicy notes characteristic of Thai-inspired dishes. The freshness of romaine and cilantro complements the rich peanut dressing and savory chicken. This salad makes a filling, flavorful meal or side that’s enjoyable any time.
