  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 pieces Bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onion or chives chopped
  • 1/3 cup pickles chopped
  • 4 flour tortilla or 6 smaller tortillas, large

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and mayo, mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in cooked and chopped bacon, chopped green onions and pickles.
  3. Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and once hot and the sausage. Break it with a wooden spoon and cook. Add salt, pepper and paprika. Cook until lightly browned, remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture in a generous layer over tortillas. Add about ½ cup of sausage mixture (or morper tortilla, distributing it evenly.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly and slice into 1 inch pieces.
