An easy 5 minute salad full of flavor and deliciousness with cubed cucumber, avocado, and a sriracha mayo dressing

Ingredients
- 4 cucumber cut into chunks
- 1 avocado ripe, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon dill fresh, minced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 lime squeezed juice
- squeeze sriracha
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
To garnish:
- red chili flakes
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine cut cucumber, avocado, and dill in your serving bowl. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Taste and adjust if desired (more sriracha or salt). Drizzle dressing over your salad.
- Garnish with red chili flakes and sesame seeds.
