Cucumber Juice

Cucumber Juice blends peeled English cucumbers with water, lemon juice and zest, and fresh mint for a cool, refreshing beverage. The juice is strained to remove solids and served chilled to highlight natural cucumber flavor with bright citrus and herb accents.

Description

The Cucumber Juice recipe starts by peeling English cucumbers and chopping them into pieces before blending with water, lemon juice and zest, and fresh mint leaves. Using a strong blender or food processor, the ingredients are pureed until smooth. The mixture is then strained through a fine mesh to separate juice from pulp, resulting in a clean, light green juice with subtle cucumber sweetness and fresh mint aroma complemented by tangy lemon.

This juice is best served immediately or chilled briefly in the refrigerator. It makes a hydrating and flavorful drink that's gentle and not overpowering, ideal for hot days or as a complement to meals seeking a fresh palate cleanser.

Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container, such as a mason jar, and consumed within 24 hours for best freshness and flavor. Using a high-performance blender with a smoothie setting helps achieve a consistent puree and smooth texture before straining.
