Ingredients

  • ½ baguette 16", sliced into 8½ inch slices
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup Brie cheese spreadable; or cream cheese or any spreadable cheese
  • ½ cup arugula fresh leaves
  • 6-8 radish trimmed and thinly sliced
  • I/2 English cucumber small, thinly sliced
  • salt sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon chives fresh, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400°
  2. On a baking sheet, put baguette slices in a single layer, and brush with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Bake baguette slices for about 5 minutes, or until golden and toasted. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  4. Spread each baguette with cheese, then top with arugula leaves, then cucumber slices, then radish slices
  5. Sprinkle with salt, and fresh chives, and serve
