Perfect for lunch, brunch, or a party appetizer, these Cucumber Sandwiches are simple to make and perfect for entertaining. They may be dainty, but they pack a ton of flavor!

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 loaf sliced bread, crusts removed
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream, dill, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon pepper and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Lay the slices of bread out on a work surface. Spread evenly with the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer cucumbers on top of half of the slices of bread with the cream cheese mixture, then top with the remaining bread, cream cheese side down.
- Slice the sandwiches as desired - I usually do them in 4 triangles, but you could also cut them into 4 squares or 3 rectangles.
