Ingredients

  • 1 pack jumbo buttermilk biscuits
  • 4 eggs scrambled
  • 4 lices pre-sliced boneless ham
  • 4 cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 black sesame seeds for the chick's eyes
  • 1 baby carrot cut into triangular pieces for the chick's beak
  • 1 tick celery cut into thin strips for chick's head
  • Fresh fruit optional for lunchbox – I used orange slices, green grapes, and strawberries

Instructions

  1. Scramble eggs in a skillet; be sure to not overcook the eggs.
  2. Open biscuit container and separate into 8 biscuits. Place 4 biscuits onto a prepared air fryer basket and top with scrambled eggs, ham and cheddar cheese slices, folding if needed to fit on the biscuit.
  3. Onto the other 4 biscuits, create a chick face: finely sliced celery for the head, black sesame seeds for the eyes, and a triangular piece of carrot for the beak. Place on top of the biscuits with ham and cheese slices, pushing down gently to secure.
  4. Lightly spray with with avocado oil. Air fry at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit and preferred sweet treat, optional for lunchbox.
