  • 3 cups cauliflower steamed
  • 3 cups carrot sliced and steamed
  • Patak's Mild Curry Sauce one jar
  • rice prepared

Instructions

  1. Combine the vegetables and curry into a large pot.
  2. Heat up the sauce and vegetables until hot and steaming.
  3. Serve over rice and enjoy!
