Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry 149 grams, frozen halves
- 1 cup dragonfruit 139 grams, frozen, pink
- 1 small banana 90 grams, sliced and frozen
- 5.3 oz soy yogurt Silk Dairy Free, vanilla
- 3/4 cup almond milk 6 fl oz, unsweetened vanilla
- 2 coops collagen peptides protein powder 20 grams, Naked Nutrition brand
- orange juice or pineapple juice, splash, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Divide into 2 serving glasses and serve immediately.
