Deconstructed Sushi Bowls

These Deconstructed Sushi Bowls allow you to enjoy all of your favorite sushi flavors in a quick and easy 30-minute meal for the busiest of days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 1 lb imitation crab
  • 4 .17 ounce seaweed packs
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 English cucumber
  • cup pickled ginger
  • ½ cup mayonnaise with sriracha

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package directions.
  2. Prep the rest of the ingredients by breaking up the crab, slicing the seaweed, slicing the scallions, slicing the avocado and dicing the cucumbers.
  3. To serve, set up a bar with all of the ingredients and let everyone assemble their own bowls.

Notes

  • To easily break up the crab, shred it using the paddle attachment on a stand mixer on the stirring speed.
