  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 scallions , finely minced
  • 1 garlic minced, large clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 cup edamame bean cooked, frozen or fava beans
  • 1/2 cup dill minced finely - divided into 1/4 cups, fresh leaves
  • water depending on the size of the cauliflower head, about 3/4 cup, boiling
