This cold and creamy Dill Pickle Dip is packed with crunchy pickles and a mix of cream cheese and sour cream. It's an easy crowd-pleasing appetizer that's full of puckery dill pickle flavor!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature, full-fat
- ⅔ cup sour cream full-fat
- 2 teaspoons dill minced fresh
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper plus a bit more for sprinkling over the top, freshly ground
- 1½ cups dill pickle plus a bit more for sprinkling over the top, chopped, slices
- kosher salt to taste
- ¼ cup corn chips for garnish, or potato chips, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until completely smooth, using either an electric mixer or wooden spoon.
- Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chopped dill pickles, folding to combine. Taste and add salt as needed.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle with additional chopped dill pickles, chopped corn chips or potato chips, and more freshly ground black pepper. Serve with corn chips (such as Fritos Scoops), sturdy potato chips, or toasted breads for dipping.
