DIY Cheese Crackers

20 minutes DIY Cheese Crackers recipe is easy and quick to make at home with only two ingredients. These crispy cheese crackers are low-carb and gluten-free. They taste just like Cheez-its and are loaded with a deep garlic flavor. So delicious.

  • 8 oz (250 grams) cheddar cheese sharp, slices
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cut each slice into four equal squares and arrange them in a single layer on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure there is enough space between the cheese squares. Sprinkle garlic salt on top.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven. Let them cool completely for about 5 minutes before enjoying. The cheese crackers will harden as they cool.
