Double Chocolate Brownie Batter Ice Cream

This rich, creamy ice cream blends half and half, milk, cocoa powder, and brownie mix for a double chocolate flavor reminiscent of brownie batter. Vanilla adds depth, and the ice cream maker processes the mixture into a smooth base. Sprinkles can be folded in just before freezing, adding a playful texture to the intense chocolate profile.

Description

Double Chocolate Brownie Batter Ice Cream uses a combination of half and half and milk to create a creamy base, which is flavored with unsweetened cocoa powder and brownie mix. Vanilla extract enhances the overall flavor. The mixture is churned in an ice cream maker until thickened.

The method involves blending all ingredients until combined, then freezing the ice cream for at least four hours to firm up. Adding sprinkles just before the final churn infuses a contrasting texture into the creamy ice cream.

This recipe is adaptable to various milk types depending on preference or availability. Freezing overnight ensures optimal texture and flavor development.
