Ingredients
- 2 cups dragon fruit cubed, frozen
- 1 banana sliced, ripe
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dragon fruit chia seeds, shredded coconut, optional toppings; fresh slices
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen dragon fruit, sliced banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut milk or a splash of water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
