Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Description
This smoothie recipe uses fresh or frozen dragon fruit combined with apple juice as the liquid base, which adds light sweetness and fruity notes. A ripe banana and vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt create a thick and smooth texture with gentle tanginess. Honey sweetens the blend naturally without overpowering the tropical flavors.
Blending these ingredients until smooth produces a refreshing beverage that is rich in texture yet light in flavor. Optional garnish with fresh dragon fruit and mint sprigs enhances presentation and imparts an additional fresh note.
You can substitute almond or coconut milk for the apple juice or try other juices like pineapple for flavor variation. Frozen dragon fruit chunks or smoothie packs are convenient alternatives to fresh fruit.

- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 banana
- 1½ cups dragon fruit or two 3.5-ounce smoothie packs, frozen
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
