  • 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into ¼ inch rounds.
  2. Combine the lemon juice and water in a bowl and place sliced bananas in it.
  3. Remove the bananas and place them on the dehydrate trays.
  4. Dehydrate the bananas for 7 hours or until dry.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
