Dunkin Cookie Butter Cold Brew
Description
This recipe creates a cold brew coffee drink inspired by cookie butter flavors. The cookie butter brown sugar syrup is prepared by boiling brown sugar and water, then stirred with cookie butter emulsion once cooled. The cold foam combines heavy cream, sugar, whole milk, and cookie butter emulsion blended to a light, airy texture.
To assemble, the syrup is added to iced cold brew coffee, topped with the cookie butter cold foam, and garnished with crumbled Biscoff cookie. The drink balances the robust bitterness of the coffee with sweet, buttery, and spiced cookie butter notes, enhanced by the creamy foam topping and crunchy cookie bits.
This beverage is suited for those seeking a specialty coffee drink with textured layers and sweet flavors. Preparing components ahead and storing separately maintains freshness. Blending the cold foam in short bursts prevents it from becoming too thick, and pre-chilling the serving glass enhances the cold drink's experience.
