  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar do not add sugar if using Cool Whip or whipped topping.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract try other extracts too, see post for ideas
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream or 8 ounces of whipped topping (3 cups) such as Cool Whip
  • Fruit blueberries, melon, pineapple, grapes, any of your favorite or seasonal fruit, crackers, graham crackers, marshmallows and more. See post for loads of ideas, and dippers for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Store in fridge until ready to use in the recipe.
  2. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until blended and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream and stir until everything is combined. You can use the mixer on low to assist in getting the ingredients blended well.
  4. Serve immediately with fruit, or chill until ready to serve.
