A sweet tropical tasting smoothie packed with dragon fruit, berries, apples, banana, and yogurt and milk. This quick and easy dragon fruit smoothie is ready in 5 minutes with simple healthy ingredients. A great breakfast beverage. I also share how to make this dairy-free if you refer to the Ingredient substitutes below.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Dragon Fruit fresh or frozen
- ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup apple diced with or without skin (any apple breed will work)
- ½ banana fresh or frozen
- ½ cup yogurt or vegan yogurt for a dairy-free version
- 1 cup milk or plain oat/almond/soy milk for a dairy-free version
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 6 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a high power blender.
- Blend on low speed first and then increase to high speed. Blend until smooth and feel free to use a blender stick to help you if the fruits get stuck.
- Transfer and divide into drinking glasses and enjoy!
