This mango, coconut and dragon fruit smoothie is fruity, tropical goodness. Dragon fruit, also know as pitaya, lends a vibant pink color to this smoothie.

Ingredients
- 2 cups mango chunks frozen
- 1 1/2 bananas sliced and frozen, divided
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 Pitaya Plus pack
- 1 cup coconut water divided
Instructions
- Place the mango, half of one frozen banana and 1/2 cup coconut water in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth and divide between two glasses.
- Quickly wash your blender. Place the coconut cream, 1/4 cup coconut water and half of one frozen banana in the blender. Blend until smooth and pour into the glasses on top of the mango layer.
- Quickly wash your blender. Place the pitaya, 1/4 cup coconut water and half of one frozen banana in the blender. Blend until smooth and pour into the glasses on top of the coconut layer.
- Serve immediately
