This easy avocado salsa recipe is a delicious dip with tortilla chips or addition to tacos, nachos or burritos.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados cubed
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 1 red onion chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro/coriander finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño finely chopped
- 2-3 tsp lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the cubed avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeño in a mixing bowl.
- Squeeze over lime juice and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Mix well then serve.
