Easy Avocado Salsa

A delicious and easy avocado salsa to use as a dip, sandwich spread, in tacos... made simply with lime juice, hot sauce, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Ingredients
- 2 avocado diced, large, ripe
- lime juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- hot sauce a few dashes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix together to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Notes
- This can be stored in the fridge for a few days to use on sandwiches, etc. To prevent browning, place in an airtight container with as little extra room as possible, and squeeze a little extra lime juice on top. You can also place a piece of plastic wrap against the surface.
