Easy Baharat

Baharat ("spices" in Arabic), known as the Lebanese seven-spice blend, is a classic Middle Eastern blend of warm spices, including allspice, black pepper, cumin, cloves, and coriander. It's great for making dishes like rice, soups, grilled meats, poultry, and pilaf while also complementing beef, fish, chicken, or vegetables.
