Easy baked brie

Baked Brie cheese topped with honey and crisp sage leaves results in a warm, soft, and creamy appetizer. The Brie’s rind is sliced off the top to allow the cheese to melt evenly, while honey adds sweetness and sage leaves fried until crisp contribute an herbal note and crunchy texture. Served with bread or crackers, this dish is a simple yet elegant snack or starter for gatherings.

Description

This recipe begins by slicing off the top rind of a whole Brie wheel before baking it at 400°F until just melted, producing a smooth and creamy interior. Drizzling honey over the cheese enhances its natural richness with a gentle sweetness. Sage leaves briefly fried in olive oil develop a crisp texture and concentrated flavor, which contrast nicely with the soft cheese when scattered on top. Serving with bread or crackers provides a neutral vehicle to enjoy the melted Brie and its accompaniments.

Ready in under 15 minutes baking time, this baked Brie combines textures and flavors in a straightforward preparation suited to appetizer or snack occasions.
