Easy Baked Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet and set it aside.
  2. Whisk together paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the pork chops with oil on all sides.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture over all sides of each pork chops. Then place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Cover the pork chops loosely with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 145°F.
  7. Remove from oven and allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
