Instructions
- Preheat the airfryer to 350 degrees. Remove biscuits from can and separate the individual pieces.
- Remove the center of each biscuit with a small cookie cutter or a circular bottle cap at least an inch wide to make a donut shape. Set the center of the biscuit dough to the side to make them into donut holes.
- Place donuts into the air fryer basket with space in between, working in batches. Spray both sides of the donut lightly with spray oil.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, turning the donuts halfway through cook time.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow, wide bowl. Melt butter in a medium size microwave-safe bowl. Both bowls need to be wide enough to fit the donut inside.
- Dip both sides of each donut in the melted butter. Immediately dip the butter-covered donut in cinnamon sugar on both sides.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare donut dough according to the instructions above. Bake donuts on a lightly oiled pan for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Coat donuts in butter and cinnamon sugar as listed above, then enjoy!
- The small round donut centers can be cooked in the air fryer or oven to make donut holes. Cook the donut holes for 3-4 minutes at 350 in the air fryer just like you did the regular donuts. Donut holes can also be baked in the oven at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. After baking dip donut holes roll them in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar and enjoy.
