Easy Black Pepper Chicken Recipe
Description
Easy Black Pepper Chicken Recipe uses bite-sized pieces of chicken breast cooked until browned and combined with sautéed green pepper, red onion, celery, and garlic. The sauce—made from soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, black pepper, ground ginger, and cornstarch—forms a thick flavorful coating that brings the elements together. Cooking the chicken first ensures it remains tender while the vegetables soften with a slight crunch. Topping with sesame seeds adds texture contrast and nutty notes.
The dish serves well straight from the skillet or over steamed rice to soak up the peppery sauce. This meal provides a well-balanced influence of bold pepper flavor and mild sweetness from the vegetables, making it suitable for everyday dinners.
Leftover chicken can be stored tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to five days, maintaining flavor and freshness. This recipe's straightforward preparation supports quick midweek cooking without sacrificing taste.

- 3 chicken breast diced into bite size pieces
