Easy Breakfast Sliders Recipe

These Easy Breakfast Sliders feature scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese layered on King's Hawaiian Rolls. Brushed with a maple syrup and melted butter mixture, then baked until melty and golden, they combine sweet and savory flavors with soft, fluffy bread, making them satisfying finger foods suitable for brunch or gatherings.

Description

The recipe layers scrambled eggs cooked with heavy cream, crispy bacon pieces, and cheddar cheese inside soft King’s Hawaiian rolls sliced in half. The top buns are brushed with a maple syrup and melted butter blend before baking at 350°F to meld the flavors and lightly toast the tops. This creates a gooey, slightly sweet crust contrasting with the savory filling inside.

The texture is varied with tender scrambled eggs, crunchy bacon, creamy melted cheese, and sweet, soft rolls. Cooking the eggs with heavy cream softens their texture, while the maple-butter brush adds a caramelized sheen to the sandwich tops.

These sliders are ideal for serving as a convenient breakfast, brunch item, or party finger foods. They can be baked just before serving to keep the bread soft inside with a warm, melted cheese bite.
