- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed and drained)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (for topping)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the broccoli florets to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the cheese mixture.
