Easy Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chops

Sweet Glazed Pork Chops take one minute to prepare and require only a few ingredients for a fabulous result! Dinner doesn't get easier than this!

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, loin or center cut, bone in or boneless, 1 inch thick
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tblsp garlic powder
- 1 tblsp paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- cooking spray

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare a 13 x 9 inch pan with tinfoil and cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a bowl combine the brown sugar, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Remove the pork chops from their package, wash and thoroughly dry.
- Rub the brown sugar mixture all over both sides of dry the pork chops. Use all of the spice mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- After 15 minutes flip pork chops over and adjust a bit in the glaze.
- Remove the pork chops from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
- Buy pork chops at least 1-inch thick so they stay juicy when cooked.
- Leftovers keep well, making this dish great for meal planning
- Dry the pork chops before seasoning them to get maximum flavor absorption
- Be generous with seasonings, especially brown sugar, to create a balanced and flavorful glaze.
- Flip pork chops after 15 minutes of baking to allow both sides equal time in the glaze.
- Let the chops cool slightly before serving. This allows the glaze to cool slightly and makes the meat more juicy and flavorful
- For a crisp glaze, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end of baking with the light on to keep a close eye on them so they don't burn.
