Easy Caramel Latte

The Easy Caramel Latte combines warm milk, caramel sauce, and brewed strong coffee, blended to create a frothy, sweetened drink. Granulated sugar dissolves in the milk as it's heated, enhancing sweetness. The final latte features creamy texture with caramel richness and coffee's bold flavor, finished with a layer of frothy milk on top.

Description

This recipe starts by warming milk together with caramel sauce and sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar and caramel dissolve and bubbles form around the pan's edges. This process integrates the flavors and prepares the milk for frothing. Transferring the mixture to a blender and running it on high for a few minutes creates a frothy texture that’s then poured over brewed strong coffee, filling the remaining space in cups. The latte is topped with additional frothy milk to balance the sweetness and coffee strength.

The drink combines creamy, sweet caramel notes with robust coffee, delivering a flavorful and textured beverage. Heating the milk carefully prevents scalding but ensures the caramel melts smoothly. Using a blender to froth the milk creates an ample foam layer without special equipment.

This caramel latte can be made using whole, low-fat, or non-fat milk, and dairy-free alternatives like almond or coconut milk may also be used, offering flexibility to accommodate dietary preferences. Homemade or store-bought caramel sauces both work depending on availability.
