Easy Ceviche Recipe

This easy ceviche recipe requires only a few ingredients and no cooking! The perfect low-fat appetizer to serve at any party or get-together.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 lb firm flesh fish cubed, like Corvina or Snapper
  • 1 cup lime juice about 5 lemons, freshly squeezed
  • 1 whole red pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/4 whole onion thinly sliced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup corn nuts optional, or crunchy corn

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl place the chopped onions and peppers
  2. Add the cubed fish, try to get them in little pieces
  3. Add the cilantro, salt, pepper and lemon juice
  4. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated
  5. Cover and place in the fridge for about 15- 20 minutes
  6. Give them a shake or a stir once or twice
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Can be made 1 day in advance and refrigerated
