  • 6 lices ham deli
  • 6 lices Monterey jack cheese

Dijon Cream Sauce Ingredients (Optional)

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese finely grated

Instructions

Casserole Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9 X 13-inch casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine soup and milk in the dish.
  4. Place the chicken into the dish.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken breasts.
  6. Put a slice of ham on top of each chicken breast.
  7. Top with cheese slices.
