Chimichurri Sauce

  • ¾ Cup flat-leaf parsley Italian
  • 2 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • ½ Cup extra-virgin olive oil EVOO
  • 1 jalapeno pepper Finely diced, small or Fresno pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon oregano minced, fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt sea salt

Instructions

Chimichurri Sauce

  1. Finely chop the parsley and oregano. Dice the jalapenos and mince the garlic.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all of the chimichurri ingredients. Let set, covered, at room temperature for at least 4 hours or overnight.
