Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
Chocolate Layer
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Layer
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
For Chocolate Layer
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt sugar, butter and evaporated milk
- Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and cook to 234 F, or about 4 more minutes. *Be very careful not to burn the sugar / butter / milk mixture*
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, fluff, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are blended
- Pour into greased pan, spreading evenly. Allow to cool on the counter.
For Peanut Butter Layer
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt sugar, butter and evaporated milk
- Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and cook to 234 F, or about 4 more minutes. *Be very careful not to burn the sugar / butter / milk mixture*
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter, fluff, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are blended
- Pour over chocolate layer, and allow to set on the counter for at least an hour. *cooling in the fridge will affect the texture*
- Flip fudge onto cutting board and cut into 1" x 1" pieces.
