Easy Christmas Tree Dip Recipe (Little Debbie)
Description
Easy Christmas Tree Dip Recipe (Little Debbie) features the signature Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes folded into a blend of softened cream cheese, vanilla, and milk to create a dessert dip. Incorporating either homemade whipped cream or thawed Cool Whip adds lightness and creamy volume. The texture can be smooth or retain some cake pieces for added chunkiness, and the dip is chilled for flavor melding before serving. Sprinkles and reserved cake pieces decorate the top, making it visually inviting.
The dip's flavor is sweet and creamy with the distinctive taste of the Christmas tree snack cakes intermingling with vanilla and mild tang from cream cheese. The whipped element lightens the mixture, resulting in a fluffy consistency that holds well when chilled. Sprinkles add festive color and a slight crunch.
This dip pairs well with a variety of dippers such as graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, and fresh fruit like strawberries and apples, offering sweet and savory contrast. It works well as a holiday dessert or party treat due to its novelty and ease of assembly.
Leftovers should be stored refrigerated tightly for up to seven days, or can be frozen for longer storage though texture may change after thawing. Additional ingredients like mini chocolate chips or peppermint extract can be added for variation, tailoring it to personal or seasonal tastes.

- In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, place the softened cream cheese (8 ounces), and break apart the Little Debbie’s snack cakes, reserving ¾ of one to place on top as decoration if desired.
- Add milk and vanilla extract and mix until desired consistency. I liked ours smooth, but others like theirs with some chunky texture.
- Fold in homemade cool whip or thawed cool whip until combined. Place in bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour for best flavor.
- Add reserved ¾ Christmas tree cake to the top if desired and decorate with Christmas sprinkles. Serve with your favorite dippers.

- Variations include adding mini chocolate chips or cocoa powder for chocolate flavor, or peppermint extract for a festive twist.
- You can use more Little Debbie snack cakes for stronger cake flavor or swap in other holiday snack cakes for different occasions.
