Ingredients
- 1 oz bag corn or 2 1/2 cups fresh corn, yellow, sweet, frozen, thawed
- ½ cup red onion diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper deseeded and diced
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice fresh
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice fresh
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Taste and season with additional salt, if needed.
