Easy Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (6 oz each) cans lump crab meat drained and flaked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • a few dashes of hot sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • assorted crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, red onion, dill, lemon zest and juice, and hot sauce. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Serve with assorted crackers.
