Easy Dirty Rice Recipe
Description
This recipe cooks ground beef with minced garlic, chopped onion, celery, green bell pepper, and fresh parsley to build layers of flavor. Various seasonings including salt, black pepper, red pepper, and Worcestershire sauce add depth and a touch of heat. Uncooked rice and beef broth are combined with the meat mixture, then simmered together until the rice is tender, absorbing the savory liquids and spices.
The final dish is a substantial meal that balances the texture of fluffy rice with cooked ground beef and sautéed vegetables, resulting in a comforting and filling preparation. This recipe can be served with side dishes like cornbread and green vegetables for a more complete meal.
